Rodolfo Raya is an entrepreneur and operator with extensive experience in infrastructure development, energy services, and large-scale project management. Over the past several years, he has focused on the identification, acquisition, and rehabilitation of mature oil and gas wells throughout Texas, building a strategic portfolio of operating agreements and energy assets with significant long-term potential. His expertise combines complex operations management, energy asset negotiations, project structuring, and the development of innovative resource monetization models. Today, he leads the company's growth strategy, driving the integration of hydrocarbon production, distributed power generation, and emerging energy applications for data centers, artificial intelligence, and blockchain infrastructure. His vision is centered on maximizing the value of existing energy assets through operational excellence, technological innovation, and the efficient utilization of available resources.
Roger Schultz
Roger Schultz is a technology entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience in digital infrastructure, telecommunications, applied technology, and international business development. Specializing in the convergence of energy and technology, he has participated in the creation and growth of multiple companies focused on critical infrastructure, telecommunications, technology systems, and high-growth operations. He was a co-founder of BigSur Mining (later BigSur Energy), one of the pioneering initiatives focused on utilizing associated natural gas to generate power for digital mining and high-performance computing operations. Within the company, he leads technology strategy, energy infrastructure development for data centers, Gas-to-Power integration, and projects related to Artificial Intelligence (AI), High Performance Computing (HPC), and Blockchain. His experience provides a unique perspective for transforming underutilized energy resources into high-value digital infrastructure.
Tito Villamil Fermín
Tito Villamil Fermín brings extensive experience in international corporate management, business structuring, and cross-border operations between Latin America and the United States. His expertise includes the formation, administration, and oversight of international corporate structures, as well as the coordination of regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and administrative operations across multiple jurisdictions. Within the organization, he leads corporate affairs, regulatory compliance, institutional relations, and international operations, ensuring a robust business structure prepared for sustainable growth. His strategic approach strengthens the company’s operational capabilities while facilitating the development of new business opportunities in highly competitive markets.
